The brief was broad: they wanted to build out a talented new sales team but using a people-first approach. The top priority was finding the best salespeople at all levels, with the idea that the company would build the roles around them.

This meant we needed to brief potential candidates without a spec, putting the company and team first and highlighting why this was an opportunity not to be missed.
